This way, you don\u2019t disturb the dental implant healing process.<\/li><li><strong>Hot dogs:<\/strong> A hot, juicy hotdog with all of your favorite toppings is delicious on a hot summer day, but it\u2019s loaded with processed saturated fat. This leads to gum inflammation and even periodontal disease. You can enjoy one every once in a while, but it\u2019s better to save this summer favorite for special occasions.<\/li><li><strong>Sugary drinks:<\/strong> Soda, fruit juices, and sports drinks are terrible for your natural teeth.
